Return Policy
Every product sold by akadamy is “made to order”, which means it is specifically manufactured just for you only after you have placed your Order. Accordingly, akadamy does not accept refunds, returns or exchanges for Orders. We are also unable to make any changes or cancellations to orders after 24 hours from the moment the Order is placed. If you believe you have made a mistake with your Order, please contact us immediately at contact@248studios.com.
On rare occasions, one or more products in an order may be damaged during transit while in the possession of our shipping partners. If any of your product(s) arrive damaged, please send detailed, clearly visible photos of the damage, including images of the packaging, to contact@248studios.com. In cases where one or more products are significantly damaged, akadamy may choose to repair or replace the damaged product(s) at its sole discretion, following a review of the submitted photos ("Damage Review"). If requesting a Damage Review, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following: 1) photos of the damaged areas must be clear and submitted in .jpeg or .png format; 2) the photos must be received by akadamy within seventy-two (72) hours of the delivery date provided by the shipping provider responsible for your order; 3) the photos must be taken immediately after receiving the product(s), and the product(s) must not have been hung, placed, or otherwise installed before the photos were taken; 4) a Damage Review will take a minimum of thirty (30) business days to complete, and akadamy may choose to either repair or replace the damaged product(s) at its sole discretion; and 5) the delivery of any replacement product, if applicable, will depend on current manufacturing capacity, inventory, availability, and shipping times. You may also be responsible for return shipping costs in the event that akadamy chooses to repair or replace the product(s).
